Ark & Cinder ("we", "us", "our") operates arkandcinder.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep things simple: we only collect what we need to make and deliver your order, and we never sell your information.
Information we collect
- Order details — your name, shipping address, email address and phone number, so we can make and deliver your piece.
- Personalization text — the names, initials, dates or messages you ask us to add to your piece.
- Messages — anything you send us through our contact form or by email.
- Newsletter sign-ups — your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
- Basic site data — anonymous information such as pages visited and device type, used to keep the site working well.
How we use your information
- To make, personalize and ship your order.
- To reply to your questions and custom order requests.
- To send studio news, if you've subscribed — you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve our website and products.
Payments
When checkout is available, payments will be handled by a trusted third-party payment provider. We will never see or store your full card details.
Sharing your information
We share information only with the services needed to run the shop — such as our payment processor, shipping carriers and email provider — and only as much as they need to do their job. We never sell or rent your personal information.
Cookies
Our site uses only essential cookies and similar technologies needed for it to function. If we ever add analytics or marketing cookies, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
Keeping your data safe
Our site is served over a secure HTTPS connection, and we keep personal information only as long as we need it for orders, accounting, or as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Just email hello@arkandcinder.com and we'll take care of it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
This policy is a draft for the preview site and should be reviewed before the shop accepts real orders.
